Please join his Excellency Ambassador Francois Rivasseau, Minister of the French Embassy, and Mrs. Rivasseau Located in the historic Tidewater Inn. Restaurant Local has chosen the Country of France we will represent its food and wines. This will allow Chef Richard Hamilton to call upon his years of training and work in France with various Michelin Three Star restaurants in France. His menu will feature some of his favorite dishes from each chef he worked with in France. The Chefs he will honor will be Alain Ducasse, Joel Robuchon, Guy Savoie, Guy Legay, Lenotra and Michele Rostang. It will be a six-course meal with six amazing wines chosen especially to complement this rare “visit” to France. Restaurant Local will feature its local vendors, artisans and seafood of the Bay provided by local watermen. The dinner will be in the newly remodeled Crystal Room at The Historic Tidewater Inn.
