Adjacent to our International Village in downtown Easton, these six restaurants will allow you to sample a variety of international dishes from our featured countries. and Mrs. Jose Octavio Bordon at Mason’s for a traditional Argentine dinner with fine Argentine wines.

Come join Mason’s as we immerse our guests in a true dining experience featuring Argentina.  Owner Matt Mason and Executive Chef Daniel Pochron, along with the acclaimed Argentine Embassy Chef, Maximo Togni, will be creating an unforgettable five-course dinner that will highlight some of Argentina’s truly distinctive dishes.  Complementing the incredible food will be a selection of the finest wines Argentina has to offer being selected from the country’s top wine producers.

Canapes

  • Meat empanadas (cut by knife) or sweet bread empanadas
  • Veal brochettes in a reduction of malbec red wine

First Course

  • Grilled sweet bread over a variety of green leafs
  • Smoked tuna with spinaches and lemon sauce
  • Humita wrapped in corn leaves

Second Course

  • Locro criollo
  • Sausage steak with chimichurri and herb Potatoes
  • Carbonada criolla (the base in pumpkin & flour)

Pre-Dessert

  • Green apple sorbet
  • Vigilante (quince and white cheese)

Dessert

  • Vanilla bean flan with caramel spread on the side

Please join his Excellency Ambassador Francois Rivasseau, Minister of the French Embassy, and Mrs. Rivasseau
for a 3-Star Michelin dinner with exquisite French wines.

Located in the historic Tidewater Inn.  Restaurant Local has chosen the Country of France we will represent its food and wines.  This will allow Chef Richard Hamilton to call upon his years of training and work in France with various Michelin Three Star restaurants in France.  His menu will feature some of his favorite dishes from each chef he worked with in France.  The Chefs he will honor will be Alain Ducasse, Joel Robuchon, Guy Savoie, Guy Legay, Lenotra and Michele Rostang.  It will be a six-course meal with six amazing wines chosen especially to complement this rare “visit” to France.  Restaurant Local will feature its local vendors, artisans and seafood of the Bay provided by local watermen.  The dinner will be in the newly remodeled Crystal Room at The Historic Tidewater Inn.  Please join him and Chef Mike Quattrucci on this journey.

- One of the most intimate and charming restaurants in Easton catering those who want to experience an interesting and ever-changing array of menu items, this restaurant will feature American cuisine paired with “boutique” American wines. Create Your Own Wine Dinner

American Cuisine at it's finest is found at Out of the Fire. With your dinner of personal choices, you will also have the opportunity to choose your own wine flight. Discover something new in a group of wines that have been chosen due to a wineries commitment to sustainable, biodynamic and/or organic farming methods.

Friday evening, a wine expert from Alexander Valley Winery will be in the restaurant from 6:30 to 8:30 sharing information about their boutique winery.

Wine pairings will be offered with all menu items ala carte and priced
